You must be at least 18 years old to create a Streamer/Creator account and use our platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3. Streamer Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.

4. Content & Conduct
You are solely responsible for the content you stream or share. You agree not to post, stream, or distribute any content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Payments & Earnings
Streamers may earn through tips, subscriptions, and other monetization features. Payouts are subject to our payout terms and thresholds. We reserve the right to modify our fees and payout policies with notice.

6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you and may require you to agree to the new Terms before continuing to use the platform.
